What came first, the chicken or the egg?
The egg. Final answer.
As the geneticist J. B. S. Haldane remarked, "The most frequently asked question is: 'Which came first, the chicken or the egg?' The fact that it is still asked proves either that many people have never been taught the theory of evolution or that they simply don't believe in it."
With that in mind, the answer becomes quite obvious. Today's birds evolved from reptiles, so the very first bird must have come out of an egg--laid by a reptile.
What the heck does this have to do with the price of tea in China?
Well nothing, BUT it has everything to do with “what do I have to do FIRST to become visible on search engines?”
The answer may not be as simple as you think …”Build it and they will come?” well, almost.

Things have to EVOLVE first before the chicken hatches!!
The theory of evolution was simply a very long thought out process that created more and more sophisticated creatures throughout time that adapted to its surroundings and not only became smarter but stronger within its position in life.
The same theory can be associated with a web site, as time goes on the web site becomes more sophisticated with more pages, more content and it gains strength through this increase and in turn gains strength in its visibility of search engine rankings.
HOW DO I GAIN MORE EVOLUTIONARY STRENGTH???
Ahh the question of the day….
Here is how:
- The more content you have the more visible you are. A web page with just ONE sentence ….umm hello… NOT visible!
- The more pages that you have the more visible you are.
- How about relevancy… if your page name is RELEVANT to the content on that page, yea Google likes that for sure!
- In bound links …whats that?? A link from another web site that goes to your web site. BUT Its NOT that simple, the link should have keywords that match the content on the page its linking to. WHAT??? That means don’t create a link that says CLICK HERE!!! For goodness sake, who in the world will type click here as a keyword to find your service???? - Meta tags, title, description …all extremely important… have I lost you yet?
